At Pro Player Solutions our goal is to relieve athletes of the pressures and complications that come with being a top performer. We strive to provide a consistent and organized approach to professional athlete management which will allow our clients to achieve the highest levels of success on and off the field.

As the founder of Pro Player Solutions, Matt DiLorenzo's goal is to build PPS into the premier one-stop-shop for all off-the-field related needs for professional athletes. PPS strives to achieve excellence in Marketing, Brand Management, Social Media, Public Relations as well as offering around-the-clock concierge assistance for all clients. PPS has successful relationships with industry-leading clothing designers and timepiece retailers throughout the county as well as strong relationships with hotels, fine dining establishments and nightlife activities in many cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Miami. PPS excels in helping our clients obtain access to exclusive events and parties.

Before starting Pro Player Solutions, Matt graduated from the University of Kentucky and began working for the University’s Football Department under the direction of Head Coach Hal Mumme. Matt then spent four years working in the Marketing Department for UK Athletics where he helped provide marketing for 21 varsity sports. In 2004, DiLorenzo moved to Kansas City and took a position working for one of the NFL's premier sports agents. During his time in Kansas City, Matt was in charge of developing relationships with local and national companies to market top NFL players throughout all 32 NFL cities. Matt coordinated appearances and solicited endorsement / barter arrangements leading to increased client engagements for NFL athletes. Matt worked closely with players on special events for charitable fundraisers as well as handling memorabilia donations and ticket requests for NFL games and the Super Bowl. "Having the unique opportunity to work with the best in the business when it comes to NFL agents was a valuable learning experience for me" says DiLorenzo "I realized a lot of our clients needed assistance with their off the field endeavors. Whether it's booking a last minute flight, finding the right getaway destination, finding the best value from a trusted jeweler, tickets to an event, help with organizing a camp, etc. I found many of them would prefer to deal with an organization that specializes in these needs, rather than have an assistant who works for their agent be handed these responsibilities. They prefer to work with someone who knows them and specializes in catering to their "specific" needs ... someone they can trust." This is the reason DiLorenzo started Pro Player Solutions. "When it comes to working with professional athletes I find my niche to be helping these guys with their off the field endeavors. I love working hard for my clients and when it comes to marketing I strive to achieve their true market value. Like most relationships, it most definitely starts with trust. Once trust is established the sky is the limit on what PPS can do for our clients."
